Yeah because Congress is responsible for the companies that fire people, the colleges that raise their tuition rates, the number of people APPLYING for the assistance in the first place and the housing market. I don’t think it’s fair to blame the government for these things, but then again, I don’t completely understand the picture here. Can someone make it clearer?
